POCKET DSP CARD




Here is great way to use up some of that Designer Series Paper (DSP) you have been holding onto and not sure what to do with. I love how this card shows off both side of our gorgeous paper. This way you don't have to feel conflicted on not seeing one side or the other. For these two cards I used the PANSY PETALS DSP (155807) Sentiments is from SPECIAL MOMENTS (158081) in the Sale-A-Brations Brochure earned FREE with any $100 order.



I wanted to also show that this can be used portrait style also, so you can see that directional DSP won't stop you from being able to make these.




This can also be used with the DSP being cut at 4" x 12" to give you 3 cards out of one full sheet. 


Dimensions:

  • DSP: 12" x 4-1/4" or 12" x 4" (to get 3 cards out of one sheet) score 1-1/2", 7, and 10-1/4"
  • Basic White Thick CS: 5-1/4" x 4" or 5-1/4" x 3-3/4"

Dimensions: 
  • Evening Evergreen CS: 11" x 4-1/4", cut off 2-1/2 (keep this), score each end 1-1/2"
  • Ever Eden DSP: 2@ 4" x 1-1/4"
  • Soft Succulent CS: 5-1/4" x 4", 4" x 2-1/4", scraps 
  • Basic White CS: 5" x 3-3/4", 3-3/4" x 2"

3D SHADOW MASK TECHNIQUE



This is such a neat technique using the new BUTTERFLIES & FLOWERS LAYERING DECORATIVE MASKS (158142), I hope you give it a try! This technique makes the mask image look like its embossed or popped up. This is a tone-on-tone color combo, with White Craft Ink. Most medium colors work best, since you don't want it to light that that white gets lost, or to dark that you can't see the darker ink. The sentiment is from FRIENDLY HELLO STAMP SET + FRIENDLY HELLO DSP (159990) in the Sale-A-Brations Brochure earned FREE with any $100 order.

  • Basic White Thick CS: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" score at 4-1/4"
  • Rich Razzleberry CS: 4" x 5-1/4"
  • Basic White CS: scraps
