We have great news to share! Paper Pumpkin is moving to stampinup.com. That means you and your subscribers will be able to shop Paper Pumpkin subscriptions in the online store. The change will make it easy for you to see and manage active subscriptions, and to purchase new subscriptions!
Paperpumpkin.com will shut down on March 10 at 11:59 a.m. (MT). Paper Pumpkin subscriptions will be available on stampinup.com on March 11 at 8:00 a.m. (MT). That means the ability to purchase and manage subscriptions will not be available during the time paperpumpkin.com shuts down and the time subscriptions are available on stampinup.com.
Key Information:
- If you currently have an active subscription (pay-as-you-go or prepaid), it will automatically transfer. In other words, kits will continue to process and ship.
- If you don't have a stampinup.com account yet, you'll need to create one to manage their subscription.
- To link a subscription to a stampinup.com account, you will need access (email and password) to the inbox of the email that's assigned to the subscription on paperpumpkin.com.
- This is a big technological change, there may be small delays with billing and shipping the next kits.
